WHO WE ARE?

Dear brothers and sisters,
 Many Christian do not know who we are? Those who seeking truth
and walk according to the will of God, shall help this letter.
If we go through the Bible we can understand that the Almighty
God wanted his people holy and peculiar. God has a plan
about his chosen people. About their food, clothe, hairstyle, appearance,
behaviors such as. if we read Deuteronomy 14:2 and 7:6
   " for thou art an holy people unto the Lord thy God, and the Lord hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth."
We must understand, we are holy and peculiar people and we are not like other nations upon the earth. God is not allowing his people to walk according to our will but God's will only. According to Ephesians 4:17
    " This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth
walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind"
And Romans 12:2
    "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
Now days we can see many Christians walking according to the pattern
of this world. some of them have long hair like women. But what
is in the word of God saying ? if we read 1 Cor. 11:14
    Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have
long hair, it is a shame unto him? and many woman pray unto God uncovered it is also against the word of God. according to 1 Cor. 11:13
    Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? women making artificial beauty by using ornaments, costly dress, lipstick, nail polish, eyebrow and many cosmetics. what is the bible teaching us Jeremiah 4:30
    And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life.
So we must keep the separation and  the world must understand that the
christine are peculiar people. Through our behavior,dress,appearance,
and character. We can't conform to this world.
 1 Cor. 6:20
    "For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."
God purchased us not only our sprit body also therefore we must glorify
God with our body. How we can glorify God with our body? 1 Peter 3:3,4
    "Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price."

what we wanted to eat? if we read Deuteronomy14 and Leviticus 11. God clearly given about what we can eat and what we cannot eat. Most of the christians like to eat PORK but many of them do not know that God
is not allowing us to eat PORK please read the following words.
Leviticus 11:7&8.
    And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be cloven footed, yet he cheetah not the cud; he is unclean to you. Of their flesh shall yea not eat,
and their carcass shall yea not touch; they are unclean to you.
Book of Isaac 66:17
    They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination,
and the mouse, shall be consumed together, satin the Lord.
Some people say these all written in the Old Testament, yes, it is true but
we are worshiping the same God who given this commandments and
He never allowed to break the laws. One thing I can say, if we obey these
laws we will have the blessing, if we disobey we will face the consequence
Who We are ?
    But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 1 Peter 2:9
